  Job description

- Planning and implementing individual indicators

- Find the right apartment and office data

- Search and exploit leads

- Ability to explore and expand new neighboring markets

- Find out, study information about the market, competitors; Capture information about the project, customer needs.

- Receive customer information to implement the plan

- Negotiating contracts, promoting procedures for signing contracts with customers.

- Co-ordinate monitoring the process of contract performance, goods delivery, payment and settlement process.

- Maintain relationships and customer care after sales. Update information and customer needs

- Support colleagues, departments

- Cultivate the skill of consulting, advertising company image, products to customers in a professional way

- Other work requirements of superiors

- Report to Sale Manager

- Probationary period: 02 months

- Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00

- Place of work: 137 Le Quang Dinh, Ward 14, Binh Thanh District. HCM

Qualification requirements and skills

- Graduated from University, college majoring in Business Administration, Architecture, other related fields

- Have more than 02 years experience in interior, construction or related fields Male / Female aged 26-30

- Have direct communication skills and ability to work with clients by email and telephone;

- Awareness, able to present to the crowd.

- Sharp in operating and handling situations.

- Ability to work independently, good thinking, ability to grasp good work.

- Proficiency in office computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel); - Ability to search for customers;

- Ability to write articles and introduce;

- Good looking figure

- English is an advantage
